With more than 45 years of title industry experience, Frank is President of California Members Title Insurance. Most recently, he operated his own underwritten title company, American Coast Title, with Linda Blood, who is now Chief Operating Officer at California Members Title Insurance. They co-founded and operated American Coast Title from 1988 to 2013, when they divested the company. Frank has a proven ability to inspire his team to provide unmatched accuracy and outstanding customer service, and considers this to be his mission at California Members Title Insurance. In his spare time, Frank and his wife, parents to three grown children, work with the American Youth Soccer Organization.

Linda is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and leads the title operations division at California Members Title Insurance, drawing on more than four decades of experience in the industry. She was a co-founder, with Frank Berriz, of American Coast Title, in 1988. She and Frank served as managing directors for 25 years before they divested the company in 2013. Prior to founding American Coast Title, Linda worked for several years for Chicago Title Insurance, after entering the business in 1968 as a reconveyance typist. She has two grown children, one is an attorney and the other is a contractor in Northern California.

Mary is the Senior V.P. of Escrow Operations for California Members Title Insurance. She has over 35 years of experience in escrow, including working at American Coast Title with Frank Berriz and Linda Blood in the escrow manager role. She began her career with Southern California Title in 1984, and has also worked at Fidelity National Title and South Coast Title. She has extensive experience and expertise in all types of escrows – loan, refinance, sale, and commercial. She has taught training classes in escrow, document preparation, and regulatory considerations. Mary has two daughters, both of whom have followed in her footsteps and work in escrow.
